I'm confident that you will find some to-do app that will work for you, even if it is one not on my list. I have highlighted a few of their offerings along with providing you links to their websites so you can further research them on your own. I have done some research on the apps I mentioned and below are my findings. Each comes with its own set of rules and specialties of what it offers. For example, you may choose from a myriad of apps such as GoodTask 3, 2Do, Doit, Toodledo, Any.do, TickTick, Wunderlist, Asana, and Trello, just to name a few. However, there are many other options out there and I'm sure that one of them will work best for you and your needs. For now, this is the app that works best for me and my circumstances. and I can access it from anywhere I may be and whatever device I use. ![]() I use Todoist because I not only get the pleasure of checking things off as they are done but I can also organize my projects by folder, due date, and tack on emails, etc. I really enjoy “checking off” tasks as they are done, and I like to see at a quick glance what I have due for which client. Keep in mind what platform you will be running the app on (Mac, Windows, Web, iOS, Android) Or keeping the cost free or inexpensive may be what you are looking for (do you need Basic or Premium makes a difference on cost for a lot of apps) What will you feel is the easiest to work with? Perhaps you want to an easy-to-use, simply app or something more involved. Is time management the key for your to-do list? Maybe you want to organize your tasks into detailed projects that can include subtasks, attachment, etc.ĭo you like to see it is graphics form or is it easier for you to visual it another way? I find it is much more advantageous to use a readymade app for purposes of staying focused and for the sheer convenience. But the main highlight is to stay focused on what your goals are and how to meet them. Time is the driving force behind determining what needs to be done, how will it get done, who will get it done, and in what time frame. There are so many things to think about and the list guides you in not only what you need to do today or tomorrow, but aids you planning for the future.
